Infants
Infants undergo rapid growth and development in the first year. Little Stars Learning Academy aims to create a program to foster all six main areas of development on a daily basis to help your child’s mind and body grow by allowing discovery, play, and learning in a safe and nurturing environment.
Teachers work together to make care transitions smooth and happy, forming a strong bond with the child and the family.
Toddlers
Little Stars Learning Academy knows that your toddler is filled with energy and curiosity about the world. They are eager for attention from caregivers to help them feel secure and confident to explore and understand basic things about how the world works. The toddler programs provide the structure and guidance your child needs throughout his/her day as they begin learning how to share, get along with others, and participate in activities. Listening to stories, singing songs, and doing art projects help develop language and vocabulary skills, as well as movement and sensory motor skills.
Preschool
Little Starts Learning Academy knows the importance of properly preparing your child for entrance into the school system yet respecting where and how your child is developing now. That’s why our curriculum is specially designed to help your preschool aged children develop the skills necessary to succeed while allowing opportunities to make choices, be independent, move, and have hands-on learning experience. Our researched and age appropriate curriculum incorporates state standards and skill acquisition protocol with the opportunity for children to extend learning and enhance social experiences through play in a safe and stimulating environment.
School-Age Children
Little Stars Learning Academy provides before- and after-care programs and homework help throughout the school year, care when public schools are closed and throughout the summer. Our days go beyond homework help to engage children in programs to developing their social and emotional growth by helping them be more kind, capable, and confident.
Clubs are run throughout the school-year to keep their interest and allow them to follow their passions – STEM, cooking, drama, sports, etc.
